The story of SHISH KABOB, North Raleigh, begins with two guys, Sam and Wally. Maybe you’ve heard of us- our restaurant in downtown Raleigh is called (not coincidentally) Sam and Wally’s. For 15 years we’ve been proudly serving exceptionally fresh and delicious food to our guests.
Fast forward to 2009, when we discovered an exciting opportunity to bring a new kind of casual dining experience to the friendly folks of downtown Raleigh, and now to the friendly folks of North Raleigh, Mediterranean specialties-as delicious as they are nutritious, served fast and friendly in the inviting new cafe’ atmosphere of SHISH KABOB.
